TOP How much will it cost?That depends upon the extent of the planning, group size and the amount of support that you require, i.e. full-time guide, part-time guide, public or private transport, seasonal travelling, activities etc. We choose the best option for YOU, not for us. Almost anything is possible, and we do our best to make it happen. TOP When should I start planning my Barcelona Experience?The earlier the better. We cannot emphasize this enough, so we will repeat it: the earlier you start planning the better. This is especially true during the high season, April-September, when hotels tend to fill up quickly. Early planning provides more options and is usually more economical as well. TOP Do I have a voice in the planning?Absolutely: without you the trip would not be possible. We discuss all options and possibilities prior to confirmation. We plan with you, not just for you. That way there are no unpleasant surprises and you know exactly what to expect. TOP What languages are used or spoken?Our staff speak both English and Spanish, which are our primary languages. However, we have guides available for almost all of the major languages. Some possibilities include, sailing, biking, walking tours, specialty meals, theme parties, cultural events of all kinds, shopping, special outings, full-time and part-time guides as well as anything else that you may think up. TOP Is there any limit to group size?No group is too small or too large. We enjoy the challenge of creating unique experiences based on you or your group’s expectations, desires, interests and particular limitations such as time and budget.
