Jose and Mariqui and Their Barcelona Photography Tour

While Jose and Mariqui, from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, have been vacationing in Spain for most of their lives, this would be Jose's first time in Barcelona, a surprise gift from Mariqui. She took advantage of some excellent airfares and arranged for a quick trip to Barcelona. She didn’t have much time to read up on the city or to plan any activities and let us take care of those details.

Jose has been an avid photographer for many years and had just purchased a new digital camera, and Mariqui wanted him to have a chance to break it in and enjoy a photographic vacation. By the end of their four full days exploring Barcelona with their private photographer and guide, Jose and Mariqui would go home with some fantastic pictures.

Jose had this to say: "Barcelona really surprised me. It was full of beautiful and unique architecture. Gaston really knew the area well and I had a great time taking pictures with him."

In Mariqui’s words: "We don't usually hire guides, but yours really surprised us. It was like visiting a friend in a far away place." "...even though Jose's Barcelona pictures came out great, we really liked the ones you took of us. We normally don't have many pictures of the two of us on vacation."

Jose and Mariqui say: "...we got a lot more than we bargained for and look forward to visiting again next summer." We here at Barcelona Experience also look forward to seeing them again soon.
